Shipping and Delivery

Republic of Ireland Free standard delivery on all orders over €120. Orders under €120 ship for a flat rate of €17.

Delivered via An Post — estimated 2–5 business days from dispatch.

Processing time: We aim to dispatch within 2–3 business days. Orders placed before 10am (IST) are usually shipped the same day. Allow 7–10 business days during peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas).

All orders are sent with tracking — your tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.

Northern Ireland (BT postcodes) Classed as an international shipment due to post-Brexit customs arrangements. Additional customs fees or delays may apply at the border — we recommend checking current UK import rules before ordering. Active Equine is not liable for customs charges.

Europe/UK We deliver to the UK and most European countries. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout (typically 5–10 business days).
